> Ad Campaign

Our print campaign was launched in the start of the fourth quarter of 2003. We have the unique challenge of branding our company as well as educating readers on both what is a dockominum and why should they want to own one. Together, Marty Laven, the dockominium group, and Michael Coudriet, Coudriet: Design, created the ads and selling points for the dockominium concept.

The new ad campaign is currently running in Showboats International, The Boating News, Southern Boating, Florida's Marina Guide, Dockwalk, and Marina Life. There is also a stand alone ad in the Florida Yacht Broker's Directory & By Laws.

Each ad focuses on the reasons to own a dockominium.
